Chicago Station Evacuated Following Phone Threat

Chicago PBS station WTTW was evacuated Wednesday night after receiving a threatening phone call.

According to Chicago police, the station was evacuated after the station got the call around 6:30 p.m.

A station spokesperson told Chicago media writer Robert Feder, “WTTW received a phone threat on Oct. 27. The police were notified, and as of now, there has been no incident.”
