WCVB is launching a 4 p.m. newscast next Monday.
The Hearst-owned ABC affiliate will air two hourlong 4 p.m. shows for expanded election coverage next Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, the show will launch as a half-hour newscast airing before Inside Edition.
Ed Harding and J.C. Monahan will anchor.

Today, NBC-owned station WBTS announced its lineup for its January 1, 2017 launch. The new station will also have a 4 p.m. newscast.
