Boise Anchor Signs Off After 33 years

Carolyn Holly is retiring from Boise, Idaho NBC affiliate KTVB after 33 years at the TEGNA-owned station.

“After a whirlwind of wonderful pieces reminiscing about my life at KTVB and the many lives I’ve ben able to touch,” Holly told viewers. “It is now my time to say goodbye.”

Holly started at KTVB in 1982 as a weekend and morning news anchor. After graduating from Oregon State, she took a part-time job at KGW in Portland, then moved on to a full time reporting job at KIFI in Idaho Falls.

Holly is joining the executive team at a local hospital.
