Tyler Sieswerda is leaving Austin ABC affiliate KVUE.
The Austin-American Statesman reports Sieswerda is moving to Dallas without a job lined up in late May to be with his partner CBS News correspondent Manuel Bojorquez.
“I’m literally taking a leap of faith here,” Sieswerda told Gary Dinges. “I’m not just leaving a job. I’m leaving a family. That really hurts. We have this unique relationship.”

Sieswerda has worked at KVUE since 2005. He anchors the 5, 6 and 10 p.m. weekday newscasts. He freelanced at WSB in Atlanta before coming to Austin.
