DeMarco Morgan has been named a correspondent for CBS News.
Morgan comes from WXIA in Atlanta where he’s co-anchored the 5, 6, and 11 p.m. newscasts since 2012.
Before coming to Atlanta, Morgan worked at WNBC in New York and filled in as a cut-in anchor at MSNBC before coming to Atlanta. He’s also worked at WTVJ in Miami, WISN in Milwaukee and WJTV in Jackson, Miss.

Morgan was a Fred Friendly Scholar and interned at CBS News and 48 Hours while studying journalism at Columbia.
