April Kaull is leaving WOWK in Charleston-Huntington, W.V.
She told viewers on facebook she plans a special goodbye during tonight’s 5:30 p.m. news on the CBS affiliate, “After 20 years, I have some special Thank You’s to share, plus my plans for the future. I hope you’ll join me at 5:30.”

Kaull started her career at WBOY in Clarksburg in 1995. She started working for WOWK in 2000. One year later, the station was bought by West Virginia Media.
According to her bio, “She served as the executive producer and anchor for the company’s daily statewide newscast, from October 2003 to October 2010. She resumed those duties in 2012. From July 2009 to February 2012, April served as the Vice President of News Operations for West Virginia Media.”
