Anchor Sonni Abatta is Leaving Pittsburgh’s KDKA

The news that KDKA‘s morning anchor is leaving the station is especially surprising considering her strong ties to the city. Sonni Abatta was born and raised in Pittsburgh and started at KDKA as an intern, gradually working her way up the ranks.

There have been no confirmed reports about Abatta’s next position, although there is speculation that she is on her way to Orlando.
