Veteran WTIC, Fox 61, anchor and reporter Rebecca Stewart is making a career change.
Stewart, who joined Fox 61 in 2003, will leave the station March 29 to become director of media relations at Hartford Hospital, a job she said she can’t wait to begin.

“This is about looking forward,” she said of her new position, which will include helping with development of the hospital’s “news service,” providing medical news feeds for the media.
