Anchor Hannah Horne Says Goodbye to WIS

WIS morning anchor Hannah Horne is saying goodbye to the NBC affiliate in Columbia, S.C. to pursue a career in business.

“I’m a little nervous to try something new, but I’m prepared,” Horne told The State. “I’ve never been more ready.”

Horne, who joined the station in 2000, anchored her final broadcast Thursday. The State reports Mary King, who is a multimedia journalist for WIS, will replace Horne.
