“Good Morning America” anchor Robin Roberts has been released from the hospital three weeks after receiving a bone marrow transplant from her sister, WWL morning anchor Sally-Ann Roberts.

Robin Roberts’ homecoming was chronicled in a video on “Good Morning America” Thursday. She was accompanied home by Sally-Ann Roberts and a third sister, Dorothy Roberts.

“Never lose your sense of ‘I can do this,'” Sally-Ann told Robin. “All things are possible.” Video is after the jump…
