Evan West is joining Charlotte NBC affiliate WCNC as a news reporter/mmj.
He announced the news on his Facebook page, saying next week is his last week at Charleston, S.C. NBC affiliate WCBD.
“I’ve accepted a news reporter/MMJ position with WCNC-TV in Charlotte, joining the ‘dark side’ as some would say but I am really looking forward to a new challenge,” said West.

He was a sports producer at KPRC in Houston before joining WCBD in 2015.
