Woodruff Visits ABC News: “He Woke Up With His Co-Workers On His Mind”

Charles Gibson mentioned Bob Woodruff‘s visit to ABC News on Tuesday’s WNT. “For the first time since his injuries, he came back to the newsroom today — back to this studio,” Gibson said.

“Looking fit in a light blue shirt and blue jeans, Woodruff visited ABC’s New York newsroom with his wife, Lee,” Reuters reports. “He said that after being unconscious for about 36 days, he woke up with his co-workers on his mind.”

“I woke up in this hospital and I looked up and I just thought about you guys and I thought about everything that I wanted badly to come back to,” Woodruff said…
