“Woodruff Returns to ABC News This Fall”

Bob Woodruff‘s wife Lee sent a letter to friends and family today. The World Newser has reprinted it. “He’s planning to be back at work more regularly in the fall,” the letter reveals.

“You haven’t heard much from us lately but that’s a good thing,” she says. “We spent the summer together doing a lot of healing and just being a family. And it felt great. I took a break from communicating to the world this summer and it was nice to step back.”

Lee also says: “I think if you haven’t seen Bob, you would be amazed. His hair has grown in; he has been playing some killer tennis, driving the boat for the kids to tube, doing some Pilates with my sister and playing scrabble like a fiend. He looks and sounds so much more like himself each week.” Here’s the rest…
