Will Rudi Resurface At Fox News?

When I asked for new year predictions two weeks ago, a tipster asked: “Doesn’t Rudi Bakhtiar need to resurface in 2006? She was never given a fair shot by any channel at CNN.” Another tipster predicted that Bakhtiar would end up at Fox News reading news breaks.

Now FTVLive says Bakhtiar “has been seen walking around the New York headquarters this week with various executives and producers.” A Fox rep “confirmed Bakhtiar was in the building but offered no further details.”

> Update: 7:43pm: Earlier this evening, Rudi’s CNN.com page still said she is “a contributor to Anderson Cooper 360,” but the network very quickly removed her bio from the Web site…

> Update: 9:19am: “Rudi Bakhtiar got more than a fair shot at CNN/HLN…especially when you consider how dumb she is,” an e-mailer responds. “She’s happy to be on all the best-dressed, most-eligible lists, but as far as actual understanding of the news, she’s quite lacking. Her meteoric rise had nothing to do with her journalism.”
