In an Q&A with the Star-Telegram, Brian Williams discusses his recent stint as a Sopranos blogger on Slate:
“I’ve just completed a four- or five-week cycle as a guest columnist on Slate, writing about The Sopranos. … And my wife noticed a change in my attitude. I was looking forward to every Monday morning and writing a long print piece on the show the Sunday night before. Her theory was, I was suddenly allowed to say what I thought about something. It’s so much a part of my DNA that I don’t carry opinions about issues and would never say so if I did.”
