White House Advisor David Axelrod Slates Fox News Interview to Talk About Epilepsy

By Alex Weprin

Normally, when White House senior advisor David Axelrod appears on Fox News Channel, it is as part of a confrontational interview about President Obama’s politics or policies. Monday, however, the network has a different sort of interview planned.

Axelrod and his wife Susan will sit down with Martha MacCallum to talk about their daughter Lauren’s battle with Epilepsy, and the foundation they started, Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy Foundation (CURE).

The interview will air Monday and Tuesday during “America’s Newsroom.”
