What’s Next For CNN & GWU?

CNN has officially informed the George Washington University that Crossfire will sign off the air on June 3. “I remain confident the partnership will continue and that GW will host some CNN programming on campus as this all evolves,” GWU VP of communications Michael Freedman tells the Daily Colonial student newspaper. CNN is continuing to pay rent for the Jack Morton Auditorium, and is going to “work with us as this new programming is developed,” Freedman tells the GW Hatchet student newspaper. “I think we’re going to come out of this just fine.”
