Transgender activist Janet Mock has agreed to return for a second interview with Piers Morgan tonight after the two engaged in a heated Twitter exchange following their interview last night.

The second interview comes after Mock took to Twitter following her and Morgan’s interview last night to criticize him over the descriptions that appeared on screen.
“Was a boy until 18.” @PiersMorganLive get it the f*k together. #redefiningrealness

.@PiersMorganLive I was not “formerly a man.” Pls stop sensationalizing my life and misgendering trans women. #redefiningrealness — Janet Mock (@janetmock) February 5, 2014
Morgan was not happy with Mock’s suggestions:
Very disappointed in @janetmock ‘s tweets tonight. Deliberately, and falsely, fuelling some sense of me being ‘transphobic’. Unpleasant.

For the record, @janetmock had no problem at the time with our interview – but now seems keen to score cheap points. Very disappointing.

Being transgender doesn’t give you the right to slur, distort & ridicule someone who supports the issue 100%. Shame on you @janetmock .

The two will speak for the second time in two nights tonight at 9pmET on CNN.
