Today won the morning show ratings race for the week of December 12 across all key demographics (including total viewers). This is the third across-the-board victory for Today in the past 6 weeks. In addition, Today has now won the key news demo for more than 16 consecutive months, 67 out of the last 68 weeks.  Today was also the only morning show to deliver year-over-year growth both in total viewers (+5 percent) and A25-54 (+1 percent).

Good Morning America had a less than stellar week by its standards, -4 percent in total viewers and -8 percent in the news demo relative to the same week in 2015. Nevertheless, GMA remains No. 1 in total viewers this season to-date.
