Thursday Ratings: P2+ & 25-54 Demo

By Brian

The big winner on Thursday night was FNC’s Greta Van Susteren. Her show, hosted from Aruba, took its 2.1 million viewer lead-in and added 300,000 to become the #2 show of the night. (With 2.4 million viewers, she only had 120,000 fewer viewers than O’Reilly.) Greta was up 74% versus her May 2005 average (and up 91% in the demo). No wonder she may be back to Aruba on Monday!

Nancy Grace also had a very good night, with over 800,000 viewers, earning the #2 position among 25-54 year olds at 10pm; Paula Zahn lost to Grace at 8pm, but she had a good night too. Who didn’t have a good day? MSNBC, averaging fewer than 200,000 viewers in primetime.
