> B&C reports NBCU has sold its Burbank lot as it prepares to move its operations to a new facility in nearby Universal City. B&C obtained a memo which explained many of the moves “will not be happening before 2011 at the earliest, with the exception of The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, which will move to Universal Stage One in 2009.”

> Michael Starr reports Charles Osgood “has a new book arriving May 12,” A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the White House is a collection of anecdotes from the last 70 years of presidential campaigns.

> FNC’s Steve Doocy got a one-on-one with President Bush Thursday as part of Doocy’s emcee role at a White House event honoring the Wounded Warrior Project. Doocy ask the President if could be invited to Jenna’s wedding. “I could give you the political answer and say ‘oh, yeah..let me think about it,’ Bush said, “but the answer is absolutely not. Anyway, thanks for trying.”
