Ratings are slowly subsiding from their highs of last week, though the numbers are still strong. FNC averaged 3.31 million viewers in primetime Thursday night, compared to 3.48 million the night before. CNN averaged 2 million, down from 2.4 million — a pretty substantial decrease. The total day #’s are basically the same as Wednesday’s.

In the 25-54 demo, FNC added almost 200,000 viewers compared to Wednesday night (1.2 vs. 1.04), but CNN lost almost 200,000 viewers (962 vs. 741). Here are the #’s:

Total day: FNC: 1,642,000 / CNN: 1,230,000 / MSNBC: 416,000

Primetime: FNC: 3,317,000 / CNN: 2,056,000 / MSNBC: 726,000

25-54 demographic:

Total day: FNC: 627,000 / CNN: 502,000 / MSNBC: 187,000

Primetime: FNC: 1,207,000 / CNN: 741,000 / MSNBC: 276,000
