The P.M. Ticker: Bettes, Hansen, Melick

• Weather Channel’s Mike Bettes will host a new, live 2-hour show airing weeknights at 6pmET. The currently unnamed show will launch in March. The timeslot had been the home of former full-time mets Kelly Cass and Nick Walker.

• Discovery ID is prepping two new shows: “Unraveled” debuts tonight at 9pmET, while former Dateline correspondent Chris Hansen is out shooting a new series called “Killer Instinct.”

• “Meet The Press” director Rob Melick is relocating to New York City, to take a new position directing MSNBC dayside programming. NBC has not named a new director for “MTP.”
