> Fox Business Network debuts a new studio today. B&C reports, “the multi-million-dollar Studio G facility was built on the former roof of a two-story outcropping on the east side of the News Corp. building.”

> MSNBC’s First Look returns to the schedule today. The 5amET live news program had been pre-empted for the last month for a re-air of The Rachel Maddow Show.

> The 2009 Fortune 500 list is out. GE is #5, Time Warner #48, Walt Disney #60, News Corp. #70, and CBS Corp. #186. Time Warner and CBS made a Fortune sub-list as well: the 9th and 10th, respectively, of the top 20 biggest losers. AIG was #1.
