Television News Will Be Well-Represented at the 44th Annual Gracie Awards

The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation announced its 2019 Gracies award winners and honorable mention honorees.

The Gracies recognize programming created by women, for women and about women in all facets of media and entertainment. They also acknowledge women who have made inspirational contributions to the industry.

The 44th annual Gracie Awards Gala will take place May 21 at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. The Gracie Award Luncheon will take place June 26 at Cipriani New York.

CNN’s Erica Hill hosted the Gracies Luncheon last June, while PBS NewsHour anchor and managing editor Judy Woodruff received the organization’s Lifetime Achievement Award. CBS Sunday Morning host Jane Pauley introduced Woodruff.
