A split decision on September 8 as the leaderboard shifts again for the Sunday public affairs shows. CBS’ “Face the Nation” won in total viewers, and ABC’s “This Week” was first in the A25-54 demographic.

NBC’s “Meet the Press,” which was number one last week, was third in both ratings measurements. “Fox News Sunday” and Univision’s “Al Punto” traded off for fourth and fifth.

Compared to the same day last year, only CBS (+14% in total viewers / +16% in the A25-54 demographic) and ABC (+2% / +6%) are up in both ratings measurements. Univision is up +10% in total viewers but down -4% in the demo, while NBC (-15% / -29%) and Fox (-17% / -28%) are down across the board.
