Sunday Show Ratings: November 8

By Brian Flood

CBS’ Face the Nation with John Dickerson was the top-rated Sunday public affairs program in total viewers on November 8. However, NBC’s Meet the Press with Chuck Todd finished first in the key A25-54 demo for the second-straight week. The win by MTP gives NBC the key demo victory for all three broadcasts in back-to-back weeks, with Nightly News and Today also on winning streaks.

ABC’s This Week George Stephanopoulos finished third in both categories. MTP has now beaten ABC’s This Week in total viewers for 16 straight weeks. Meet the Press is up +36 percent in viewers and up +55 percent in the demo compared to the same week last year. MTP also delivered an additional 1.3 million total viewers and 362,000 in the demo with rebroadcasts on NBC and MSNBC.

Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace combined with cable replays for 3.13 million viewers. Replays on FNC averaged a combined 1.48 million total viewers and 446,000 in the demo.
