The leaderboard continues to fluctuate for the Sunday public affairs shows: after placing third last week, CBS’ “Face the Nation” is back to first place in both total viewers and the A25-54 demographic.
Compared to the same week last year, “Face the Nation, “Fox News Sunday” and Univision’s “Al Punto” are up across the board. Univision is up the most in total viewers (+23%) and CBS is up the most in the demo (+37%). ABC’s “This Week” is up in total viewers and down in the demo and NBC is flat is total viewers and down i the demo.
Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday” averaged a combined 2,447,000 total viewers and 486,000 A25-54 viewers. Rebroadcasts of “Meet the Press” delivered an additional 1,111,000 total viewers and 546,000 A25-54 viewers.
“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 50% of the country.
