NBC’s “Meet the Press” regained the top slot among the Sunday public affairs shows on February 26. Bolstered by an appearance by Rick Santorum (ABC’s “This Week” had Santorum as well) the program topped CBS’ “Face the Nation” in both total viewers and adults 25-54.
ABC’s “This Week” placed third in both categories, with “Fox News Sunday” and Univision’s “Al Punto” rounding out the list.
In the demo, ABC was up slightly, while NBC, CBS and Fox were down.
On cable replays “FNS” added 2.24M total and 517,000 demo viewers.
