SI.com reports football legend Herschel Walker “is expected to reveal in an upcoming book that he has multiple personalities.” The site reports, “Breaking Free” will chronicle Walker’s life with multiple personality disorder. Shida Carr, publicist at publisher Simon & Schuster confirmed the book will come out in August, but gave no other details and declined to provide excerpts.
“There’s some buzz out there and we’re letting people know we have this book coming out,” Carr told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Odds are on 60 Minutes getting the interview, assuming Walker grants one. And it doesn’t hurt that Simon & Schuster is a division of CBS Corp.
Update: A TV insider tells TVNewser that Good Morning America will have this interview, but there is no word if it will be the first or an exclusive.
