Scottie Nell Hughes Shares Storybook Video to Celebrate New Role at CNN

Donald Trump supporter Scottie Nell Hughes has announced her new status as a CNN contributor with an announcement–and video–on Twitter.

“YUGE anncm 4 me today as 25yrs of hard work & study paid off,” she writes. “It all started w/ @piersmorgan @CNN #CNN #honored.”

The tweet includes a video of Hughes’ career on camera in a storybook theme, telling the tale of a “girl who loved to talk” who got her big break as part of a CNN Guns in America town hall with Piers Morgan, and then “after proving her dedication” she became a CNN contributor. The video includes credits at the end, naming Jeff Zucker the director and including the hashtag Making Dreams Great Again.

Update: It appears the video has been removed. We’ve reached out to CNN to find out if they requested Hughes take down the tweet.

The film also lists Don Lemon as Director of Photography and Ashleigh Banfield as Costume Designer:
