CNN correspondent Richard Roth stepped outside of the studio today during Issue #1 to provide a live intro to his report about scooter commuters.
But with reporting out in front of the Time Warner Center comes the possibility of some…random act in the background.
Apparently someone didn’t like scooters — a passerby walked behind Roth and flashed the middle finger twice.

A voice off camera yells what sounds like, “go,” and CNN cuts immediately to the report.
