NBC is really trying to make this 2.0 thing work. MSNBC’s Morning Joe and NBC’s Today show both originated from Java Joe’s coffee shop in Des Moines this morning. The Today show booked Joe Scarborough (the former Florida Congressman) to talk about the Iowa caucus. But since he has a show on at the same time, MSNBC simulcast the Today show segment at 8:50am.
I wonder how the affiliates feel about that?
We’re told that Joe and Mika Brzezinski are now en route to New Hampshire for tomorrow morning’s show.
