In an interview with TV Barn’s Aaron Barnhart, Tim Russert, a frequent guest on Don Imus‘ former show, says, “I know (Imus has) learned a lot from what happened…he told me as much.”
And would Russert go on Imus’ new Citadel Broadcasting show, scheduled to debut December 3? “I don’t know what NBC’s policy is going to be,” Russert continued. “If he asked me to come back and talk about political developments, I would absolutely do that.”
We’re hearing that no decisions have been made yet by NBC News as far as whether its personnel are free to appear on Imus’ new program.
