Roger Ailes has left hundreds of thousands of dollars of his reported $100 million fortune to loyal friends and associates, according to a report in the Daily Mail.

Ailes’ longtime personal assistant Judy Laterza was bequeathed $30,000 in Ailes’ will which is dated last October. Ailes died in May after slipping at his home in Palm Beach.

Ailes left Fox with a reported $40 million payout in July, 2016 following an internal investigation into multiple claims of sexual harassment.

Laterza was earning more than $2 million a year, according to a Fox executive. She was one of the first to depart after Ailes.

According to Gabriel Sherman, who wrote an unauthorized biography of Ailes, and subsequently closely covered his downfall, Laterza “seemed to function as a recruiter of sorts” for young women. A former Fox producer told Sherman that Laterza entered fake names into Ailes’s datebook when women went into his office.

The bulk of Ailes’ estate goes to his wife and son, though he also left money to his brother, nephew and nieces.
