“Amid all the noise about female newscasters,” Robin Roberts and Diane Sawyer “have, without much fanfare, become a team since Charles Gibson” left Good Morning America earlier this year, Thursday’s NYT notes in a profile of GMA’s newest co-host.
Roberts and Sawyer “are just so relaxed and likeable together,” Paula Zahn Now senior EP Victor Neufeld is quoted as saying. “Robin has this tremendous force of personality as well as being someone you feel you want to hang out with.”
