It’s Friday, and Shepard Smith was up late last night covering all that caucusing, but what’s Rick Reichmuth‘s excuse? Today on Studio B at around 3:25pmET, Smith tossed to the weather report, by announcing, “Get ready blogs. Rick Reichmuth, chief meteorologist, has someone on his shoulders.”
Reichmuth had hoisted an FNC employee named “Molly” onto his shoulders as part of his weather report. Apparently, the reason was that his producer “Barry” needed a visual on what 10 feet of snow would look like.
Molly was crouching down, which wasn’t hitting the 10 foot mark, so after some encouragement by Smith (“Come on, Molly!”) she tried to stand fully upright. It didn’t take long for Reichmuth to put an end to it. “She did not sign the waiver, so let’s get you down,” he said.
