“After a lifetime in the public eye, Peter Jennings‘ funeral was ultra-private,” the NY Post reports. “A funeral service for the ABC anchorman was held earlier this week, attended only by family members, a Manhattan funeral director disclosed yesterday. The service was conducted at the Frank E. Campbell funeral home on Madison Avenue.”
The funeral director “revealed no details, except to say that only members of Jennings’ family were in attendance.” A public memorial service will take place sometime next month…
