Last night, President Obama gave a stirring speech in Tucson to memorialize the victims of last weekend’s shooting.
Immediately after, and continuing through this morning, the cable news channels have been talking about it. As they typically seem to do, the networks seemed to spend as much time talking about “how President Obama did” and what the political implications of the speech were, as they did the actual content of what was said.
