MSNBC will broadcast live all night on Thursday, into the morning hours of Friday. Joe Scarborough will anchor from 10pm to midnight, Tucker Carlson will continue until 2am, and Bill Fitzgerald and Natalie Allen will take over until 4am. Chris Matthews will anchor and Chris Jansing will report from Rome beginning at 4am. MSNBC.com will offer live streaming video.
