Instead of White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer taking questions from reporters today, Director of the OMB, Mick Mulvaney met the press.
But after Mulvaney finished, members of the press corps were expecting to ask Spicer about other issues not related to the budget. But Spicer had other ideas. He left. So NBC’s Peter Alexander got to the bottom of it. WATCH:
