In Oct. 2005, compared to Oct. 2004, “all key CNN programs gained viewers while Fox News declined in both P2+ and P25-54 (except LKL),” CNN says in a press release.

(These are pure program comparisons and include every day in Oct. last year, except for the days of the four campaign debates.)

But even with debate days included, “CNN closed the gap with Fox News in the P25-54 prime time demo BY HALF,” the network says.
