“Robert Novak had his last day at CNN today, ending his 25 year career with the network with a long interview with Wolf Blitzer,” FishbowlDC reports.
“I want to thank CNN for making this network available to me for 25 years,” Novak said at the end of the interview.
Patrick Gavin says “CNN put together a nice video montage of Novak’s career and, as it played, it was hard not to notice how integral Novak was to the network’s history and success. Accordingly, it was hard not to feel some regret and sadness at the bittersweet manner in which Novak’s accomplished career at CNN has come to a close.”
