NBC’s Ann Curry will anchor NBC Nightly News live from Brooklyn, NY and the aftermath of a violent storm that swept through New York City early this morning (see subway station below). In addition to a report on the situation in NY, NBC tells us Martin Savidge “will report on the heat wave that’s gripping much of the nation.” Curry is subbing for Brian Williams this week. The early-morning storm affected employees and, in some cases, the broadcasts, at CBS, CNN and FNC.
