As today’s evening news ratings report shows, the total viewer audience seems to prefer Brian Williams, but the younger demo (A25-54) is watching Charles Gibson, at least that’s what happened last week. (Although the same occurred the week of Sept. 24).
What to make of it? Portfolio‘s Jeff Bercovici has some thoughts about Williams: “…a new-media guy in the quintessential old-media format.”
