Net Newsies Highly Critical Of News Media

Here we go again. Another study has been done on the news media (TV & newspapers), only this time, the survey was done among people who get their news primarily from the web. The pew study found: “As many as 38% of those who rely mostly on the internet for news say they have an unfavorable opinion of cable news networks such as CNN, Fox News Channel and MSNBC, compared with 25% of the public overall, and just 17% of television news viewers. 64% of the net newsies say “news organizations are politically biased,” while only 29% said news organiztions are “careful to avoid bias.”
