Several NBC News corespondents and anchors have been added to the roster for Rio. NBC News correspondents Anne Thompson, Craig Melvin, and Gadi Schwartz, will report for NBC News and NBC Olympics before and during the games in August.

“Covering the Olympics calls for a wide range of reporting skills, allowing us to take advantage of tremendous depth within the NBC News and NBC Sports ranks,” said Jim Bell, Executive Producer, NBC Olympics. “This team will bring the constantly changing kaleidoscope of Rio Olympic action home for viewers to fully experience the Games.”

In Rio, Thompson, Melvin and Schwartz will join Today show contributor Jill Martin, NBC Sports reporter Alex Flanagan, NASCAR analyst Rutledge Wood and Dalen Cuff, who is an anchor for Comcast SportsNet New England.
