MSNBC Celebrates Alex Wagner

MSNBC president Rashida Jones hosted a get-together Monday night celebrating Alex Wagner and her 9 p.m. show, which debuted on MSNBC back in August.

“We’re so happy to have you back in the family and could not be more excited to celebrate you,” Jones told partygoers at L’Avenue at Saks in New York.

In addition to Jones and Wagner, other attendees included her MSNBC colleagues Chris Hayes, Katy Tur, Alicia Menendez, Jen Psaki, MSNBC primetime chief Greg Kordick, MSNBC talent chief Jessica Kurdali, NBCU News Group svp Yvette Miley, The Rachel Maddow Show ep Cory Gnazzo, MSNBC producer Matthew Alexander, MSNBC communications chief Lorie Acio and CNBC Squawk Box co-host Andrew Ross Sorkin. TV newsers from outside of the NBC News family who attended included CBS Mornings co-host Tony Dokoupil and ABC This Week with George Stephanopoulos ep Dax Tejera.
