MSNBC says it does not condone remarks made by Ebony.com editor Jamilah Lemieux during a discussion about Ted Cruz‘s comments to “CBS This Morning” earlier this week. Cruz said he preferred how country music, not rock music, responded to the 9/11 attacks. In a chat about that on “NOW with Alex Wagner,” Lemieux joked, “nothing says let’s go kill some Muslims, like country music.”
