Morning Show Ratings: Week of Sept. 29

morningshowanchors2014In the mornings, “Good Morning America” continues to dominate in the ratings. Last week, GMA had a more than 1 million viewer lead on No. 2 “Today,” while “Today” had a more than 1 million viewer lead on No. 3 “CBS This Morning.”

But only the CBS morning show posted year-over-year total viewer gains. “CTM” was up +7% in viewers and down -2% in the A25-54 demo.

“Good Morning America” was down -1% in viewers and down -5% in the demo, while “Today” was down -9% in viewers and down a whopping -16% in the demo.

The averages for the week of Sept. 29, 2014:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.550M / NBC: 4.455M / CBS: 3.164M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 2.046M / NBC: 1.713M / CBS: 1.015M
